Why Rado Co. headbands?

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your package is in USPS hands, it should take about 3-5 days as well. Expect to have your order within 8-10 days of order date. We strive to ship out your order as soon as possible. We are a small family owned business and we take pride in delivering the best handmade products and service to our customers! If you pay for priority shipping, that does not mean that your order will ship sooner. The priority shipping is a guarantee from the USPS that your order will arrive quickly (1, 2 or 3 days depending on which option you choose).

What is return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order or products, please contact us immediately so we can work together to create a solution!

How does free shipping work?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $30. Make sure and use code FREESHIP at checkout for this to apply.

Are the headbands machine washable?

All headbands are machine washable. To preserve the highest quality when washing your headband we recommend washing in cold water and placed in dryer on low heat or air dried flat.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. Contact us as sarahradoco@gmail.com. If an order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.

Do you offer Custom Headbands?

Very very soon! This is something we are currently working towards. We are excited to have this option available to our customers in the near future.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not offer international shipping.
